Banks and other lenders will require much of the same information when you apply for financing. Even though you are a business entity seeking financing, they will almost certainly look to your personal financial position and history as an important part of any lending decision, and will also almost always ask you to personally guaranty any business debt. The worksheet presented through the link below is typical of the personal financial statements you may be asked to complete. The wisdom is to be prepared.
